Amy joined us as Richmond’s AR Specialist after working many years in accounting in the construction industry. She has an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Ocean County College.

Marlene comes to us as a graduate from Essex County College with an Associate’s degree in Accounting. She has over 10 years’ experience, and is Richmond’s AR/AP Specialist.

Mario has been a long standing employee at Richmond, celebrating 17 years as a Supervisor. He oversees the shipping and receiving department. He’s a father to 2 beautiful daughters.
Edward C.
Ed joined Richmond as Foundry Manager in April 2003. His responsibilities include the Foundry Operation and Maintenance Department. He also handles all Environmental responsibilities for the facility. He is a graduate of Lafayette College with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Joseph W.
With over 25 years of diversified financial and operational experience across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, technology and logistics, Joseph began working with Richmond Industries in 2018 with a focus on improving the internal and external reporting. He is currently expanding responsibilities to include oversight of accounting functions and organizational structure. Joseph is a graduate of St Peter’s University (CPA).
Dane E.
Dane has been employed with Richmond since 1997. He demonstrates true workmanship daily as he builds and rigs customers pattern equipment for production.

After 5 years of previous foundry experience, Mark joined the Richmond Industries team in January, 2001. Some of Mark’s responsibilities include forecasting, logistics, inventory management and system maintenance.

Nayef joined the Richmond team as our Quality Control Engineer, who is responsible for overseeing our quality inspection department. He graduated with honors from NJIT with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
